Recent developments in EU cyber law have generated demand for a skilled workforce to regulate the sector. The EU has enacted more complex cyber-related legislation in the last five years than in the previous 25 years combined. This recent legislation is more complex, more detailed and more complicated to absorb and understand. It is further complicated and enhanced by a growing range of non-legislative tools and frameworks. As a result of this growing complexity, there is an increasing need for skilled experts with legal and technical expertise to interpret and implement these evolving regulatory demands.
